Three reference strategies
The assessment compares an integrated-vendor strategy, a hybrid/multi-model strategy and strategic autonomy. They are reference profiles — not universal recommendations.

No language model is used in the core calculation. The same input and methodology version produces the same authoritative score.

Eleven trade-offs make organisational priorities explicit. Geometric means produce AHP weights, and the eight global criterion weights sum to 1.
The Consistency Ratio shows how coherent the trade-offs are. High tension does not block a result, but may exclude the response from the benchmark.
Weights combine with version-controlled reference profiles. 5,000 deterministic variations measure how stable the winner is under small changes to the weights.
The result shows what the organisation values. A separate rules-based analysis describes what the preferred direction would require in the current context.
Only aggregate groups with at least 20 responses are shown publicly. Percentages are rounded, small and reconstructable cells are suppressed, and narrow groups broaden automatically.
